San Francisco Presidio | Brick Built Homes.
These homes were built for the officers in the US Military. There are now rented by private citizens. Rhapsody was chosen to paint these beauties and protect the tenants from the Lead Hazards of old paint.
Rhapsody, using Lead Safe Work practices, applied 3 coats of the Famous Color "Presidio White to this San Francisco Landmark.

The ceiling above the diving board and Jacuzzi was in serious deterioration. Painting Chips falling from the ceiling could be hazardous for the children swimming at the pool.
Notice the containment system. A 3-ft. high containment wall, separating the work area from the rest of the pool area.
